auch mal interessant woher die idee zum spiel eigentlich kommt
Zitat:Alien: Isolation began as a prototype built by a small group of Alien fans at The Creative Assembly hoping to impress Sega.
Console creative lead Alistair Hope and lead artist Jude Bond [...] they worked with a small team to develop a prototype as a proof of concept. Early forms of the prototype involved a player-controlled xenomorph engaging human players in a hide-and-seek form of survival horror. Later, when Alien: Isolation was properly greenlit, behaviors observed from the player-controlled xenomorph sessions were used as a template when designing the xenomorph’s AI for Isolation.
"In a way, that was just us being fanboys, just having a chance to build some Alien environments. But that little tech demo went a bit viral within Sega, and suddenly it seemed like this pipe dream of making a game based on the original Alien [film] started to get some momentum."
