here's what you need to to do
load up your gears of war 3 disc.

when you push start a prompt will show up (make sure you are signed into the account that purchased the season pass)

this prompt is informing you that content you bought with the season pass is now available.
push the A button to confirm your download.
and there you go. you have just downloaded the content. no extra costs.
