Zitat:Rockstar has previously reiterated that Agent is still in development, and now Rockstar's parent company - Take-Two Interactive - has registered the trademark again, suggesting the game is still being considered.
What is interesting about this pair of Agent trademarks - one for the name, another for the logo - is that they are actually brand new registrations, rather than extensions of an existing registration.
Most companies developing a game register a trademark long in advance, and while that lasts for quite some time often these need to be extended (without proof of its existance, a trademark can only be maintained for so long). An extension is only valid for six months, while a new trademark registration is valid for much longer. It'll take three months from now for the new registration to be approved.
With the promise of next-gen consoles on the horizon it could be that Rockstar has been hard at work turning Agent into a PS4 or Xbox One game - but don't expect to see Agent released any time soon.
