EGFC Old School Event

The Epic Gamers Forum Clan will be taking gamers back in time for their Gears of War 3 “Old School” event this Saturday, February 25th from 12:00 PM to 5: PM Eastern. The maps will be old favorites Gridlock, Clocktower, Bullet Marsh, Blood Drive and Escalation. The gametypes will be Warzone and Execution and the teams will be four players. Only the old school weapons will be allowed, so set your loadout to the Lancer or Hammerburst and the Gnasher. All of the old power weapons will be available for pick up.

Teams will not be selected in advance. On the day of the event, check this post on the Epic Forums and the team will post the gamertags of the host. Then send a message to the host and ask to join. Lobbies will be running until 5:00 PM, so if you don’t get in right away, don’t give up! The team does ask that you sign up for the event though in the thread on the Epic Forums. The players who signed up in advance will be the first chosen.

The team also asks that you only use the following characters:
