Für mich siehts danach aus dass der Fehler hier bei MS liegt und das Spiel aktuell gar nicht erworben werden kann (da es eben nicht mehr im Marktplatz gelistet wird). Einzig helfen könnte demnach nochmal den Support zu kontaktieren und darauf hinzuweisen dass der Titel nicht in Deutschland (wie es noch kürzlich der Fall war) aufgeführt wird.
