Es gibt da nicht mal einen EK für Endkunden, weil der nicht für Endkunden gedacht ist, wieviel die genau Kostet hab ich nicht in Erfahrungen bringen können, nur den Bereich von "über 1000$"

Zudem ist das ding gerade neu und für scheinbar auch für Militär und Großrechner gedacht und nicht für eine Konsole.

Ganz davon ab, zum wievielten mal ist "jetzt" ein Devkit ausgeliefert worden? Angeblich waren die ersten doch schon von 2009

Zudem, eine BRandneue 16 Core CPU und dann eine 7000er Grafikkarte? Die dieses Jahr noch von der "Next Gen" Verdrängt wird? Tolle Kombination, dass wär jetzt schon nen dicker Flaschenhals ...

Das liegt wohl eher daran das Kinect sich nicht mehr sonderlich verkauft, da jeder Interessent mittlerweile eine hat

Die Xbox 360 Verkäufe laufen weiter Super...

IGN‘s rumouring the next-gen Xbox has already hit the manufacturing stage.

Work has started in Austin, Texas at Flextronics, according to a site source. Flextronics is also the same manufacture of the original Xbox and Xbox 360.

We’re going with IGN in that the hardware being worked on now at the company is more to do with assembling debugs for developers rather than retail SKUs.

“Xbox 360 has found new ways to extend its lifecycle like introducing the world to controller-free experiences with Kinect and re-inventing the console with a new dashboard and new entertainment content partnerships,” said Microsoft in a statement.

“We are always thinking about what is next for our platform and how to continue to defy the lifecycle convention. Beyond that we do not comment on rumours or speculation.”

Flextronics declined to comment.

Microsoft has already confirmed it doesn’t intend to show any new next-gen hardware at its E3 press conference a month today.

Dev Kits Konsolen für die Entwickler. Das hört sich aber trotzdem gut an. Es sollte also nicht mehr lange dauern.

Microsoft kann nicht ewig auf der 360 rumreiten. Auch wenn noch der Erfolg stimmt, mit der Wii U steht Konkurrenz ins Haus (Hardware-Leistung und Zielgruppe erstmal egal) und wer weiß was Sony im Köcher hat.

2012 erscheinen Halo 4, AC3, Resi 6, BioShock, womöglich noch GTA und einige mehr alle dicht gedrängt. Für 2013 ist bis jetzt kein großer Konsolentitel angekündigt. Weil niemand der neuen Gen im Weg stehen will?
