The Coalition has also confirmed that all of the doubling has been applied with no exceptions. For example, Execution already gave a heavily-increased XP rate compared to something like Team Deathmatch, so this already-increased total was then doubled with the permanent boost.
The developers have also already announced a week-long double XP event from September 28th - October 5th. Meaning that yes, those double XP playlists will become quadruple XP, and Assassination will be offering up 8x experience.
